    Dan Orlando is a recognized RIA Architect, specializing in enterprise class applications that are built on the Adobe Flash Platform. Dan is often called on as a resource for information on topics involving bleeding edge technologies for radio interviews and print publications, including: PHP Architect Magazine, Flash and Flex Developer Magazine, IBM developerWorks, Amazon Web Services, the Adobe Developer Connection, and more.

    Dan's recent work includes Director of Research and Development for Vision Media Group, Technical Director of VidClx, Inc, and Senior Flex/AIR developer of (RED)Wire. Dan also spends time alongside the Presidents and CEOs of budding enterprises as a Technical Advisor, Architect, and Consultant, assisting in the transition over to Flash Platform technologies from legacy systems.

    Dan is also currently the technical editor for Professional Papervision3D (Wiley & Sons/WROX) and makes contributions to the community whenever possible for various open source ActionScript frameworks and code libraries.
