    Job Description:

    For a project in Europe we are looking for Flex developers to build a team at Bucharest. This project contains a Flex frontend with a .Net backend.


    Mida4u is looking for an experienced and highly-motivated software engineer with a passion for creating great web applications. This person will work in a small team in Romania, dedicated to building next versions of the webapp.
    Required Skills:

    Technical:  
    3+ years of working experience building large scale web applications and web services
    Great Flex/ActionScript development know-how
    Strong technical background with web-related technologies (Javascript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, Web services, PHP)
    Strong debugging and bug-fixing skills
    Abilities to analyze, profile and optimize code for performance and memory usage
    Excellent knowledge of design patterns
    Expertise in data structures and algorithms


    Personal:
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    Ambitious and self-driven
    Pro-active and detail-oriented
    Fluent in English (both written and spoken) 

    Desired Skills:

    Experience with Flex framework PureMVC
    Experience with agile development methodologies
    Experience with other object oriented development languages
    Experience with ASP/.Net
