tracermedia is currently looking for a Director of Client Services to help manage our project management team and assist with business development. We are looking for a candidate that can identify and implement process while remaining flexible to changing demands. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum 5 years account management experience preferably in marketing, advertising, or interactive
Minimum 3 years of business development experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing direct reports
Interactive media or creative agency experience preferred
MBA preferred
PMI certification preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership skills that can command attention and successfully manage a variety of settings and group sizes
Strong project management skills and experience with successful project management methodologies.
Strong written and presentation skills that accurately and succinctly conveys factual data and key value propositions
Conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines concurrently.
Ability to implement a successful project process or methodology company wide.
Ability to work as part of a team in developing new business proposals and estimates
Ability to quickly learn new industry, company, product, and technical developments of a client
Technical literacy in PC and MAC computing environments using popular office, presentation, and productivity tools
Working knowledge of the interactive media space including the Web, CD/DVD, and gaming
