Thanks to everyone who came out Thursday night. Heres a brief recap of the meeting.
Facebook Flash Applications
Thanks a lot to Dan Leister for showing some of the new Facebook application that JPL worked on recently.
Shane also shared the National Geographic Headshrinkers site from Neo-Pangea that loads in your Facebook photos, applies it to a 3D head, and posts it to Facebook. http://channel.nationalgeographic.com/channel/expedition-week-headshrinker
Book Library
Since I am no longer employed at JPL, Hollie White will now be orginizing the book library. The library will still be located at JPL. You can request books the same way, either at meetings or online at www.cpfug.com/booklibrary and pressing the Check Out button for the book you want. Returning books can still go to the front desk at JPL but in Hollie White's attention.
Flashbug
Flashbug is an additional addon that extends the Firebug addon for Firefox. It allows you to view your Flash traces and help debug your Flash applications when they are running within the browser.
Firebug was developed by Gabriel Mariani, one of the Flash developers at JPL. You can get more information about Flashbug on his blog at http://blog.coursevector.com/flashbug.
New version of Greensock's Tweening Engine
We checked out the great new version of Greensock. New in version 11 is TweenNano, a lite weight version which only adds 1.6kb, TweenlineMax which allows you to build dynamic timelines, and tons more. Check it out for yourself. www.greensock.com.

I'm looking forward to seeing the recently developed Facebook Flash apps.
Would like to attend, but watching my 9-month-old, and he's not into Flash (yet).
