Right now, we are looking for well-rounded Interactive Developers with deep expertise and real-world experience building advanced Rich Internet Applications.  Candidates should have experience with the following:

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Hands-on development experience with Flash, HTML & CSS, JavaScript and Ajax
• Possess vector and bitmap production experience using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Exhibit the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, as well as capacity to work well in a strong team oriented, cohesive, and productive software development group

• Experienced in building web sites, landing pages, and micro-sites to support marketing campaigns
• Proven talent for developing dynamic database-driven web applications using Actionscript 2.0
•  Experience with Flex and ActionScript 3.0 is a plus
• Strong understanding and experience with Object Oriented analysis, design, methodologies
• Familiarity with issue tracking systems and detailed code commenting

·         Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in architecture/design documents, technical specifications documents, etc
