Hi All!
We did a final set of bug fixes and updates last night and the stage is now all set for opening day. Most of the changes were on the back end, but the most visible change is that you no longer need to log in just to visit the site, only to make changes or leave comments.
It's great to see so many groups adding the RSS feeds and customizations, not to mention all the upcoming events and even job posts!
Thanks for the time and effort you have put in. It's a real thrill to come to the site and see how much it's changing from hour to hour. Keep up the great work!
Rachel
First off, I was wondering if there was a place for site feedback. Most adobe pages have that capability now but I'm not seeing anything anywhere for the groups site.
Additionally, is there no longer a way to search by location? I'd like to find groups in my area but the search seems only to work by keyword matches and the advanced option isn't so advanced
benorama - the join link for the CFUG Paris group had a bad link. This has been updated so you know join the correct group. I have also removed you from the Devon CFUG UK group - per your request. In the future to remove yourself from a group you can click on the members tab and then click the remove me from this group link.
to add yourself to the CFUG Paris group you can use this link: http://groups.adobe.com/groups/e5c18e4630/summary - then click the join this group button. Sorry for the inconvenience.
@benorama, we're sorry to loose your membership from Devon CFUG, although I understand that it is quite a commute :)
Hi Rachel - we still have a bug in the time zone. Our meeting meets on EST but time is showing up as Mountain time. Can you help?
I was also looking for a place to submit site feedback. I can't figure out how to join the Adobe MAX North America group (I was an attendee). I also can't figure out how to see the groups I belong to. In general, I have a lot of usability feedback to submit. Thanks!
