Adobe is perhaps best known for its print and graphics tools, and since the Macromedia acquisition, its web tools. But it also produces some of the best video tools on the market - tools used by video professionals for everything from weddings to sporting events to TV news broadcasts and even major motion pictures in Hollywood.

This month, we're going to do a high-level overview of the Adobe Production Premium suite. We'll begin with a quick look at Adobe OnLocation, a great tool that simplifies the process of shooting live video. Then, we'll move onto the key video product in the suite: Adobe Premiere Pro, where we'll take a look at importing video assets and some simple editing. We'll next move over to Adobe Soundbooth to clean up the audio. Joe will then show us Adobe AfterEffects and its incredible animation capabilities. Finally, we'll take a look at how you can pull it all together on burn your final movie to either DVD or BluRay in Adobe Encore.

Please note that this presentation is specifically geared to those with little or no video experience, so everyone is encouraged to attend!
