      Job Description:
      What's Important:
      Candidate must have a deep understanding of the Flash platform and particularly the Flex 3 framework. Candidate should have thorough knowledge of component life cycle from the different phases of creation, skinning, measurement and layout. ActionScript 3 proficiency is a must. OOP/OOD fundamentals are also a must. Some knowledge of Design Patterns and understanding of SDLC are also welcome. Candidate must be able and willing to work within a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

       

      Required Experience:

      Musts:

      Object-oriented programming and design

      ActionScript 3

      Flex 3

      PureMVC (or other MVC frameworks)

      Flex component skinning

       

       

      Desired Experience:

      Pluses:

      CMS (Content Management Systems) experience

      Some graphical skills (Photoshop, Illustrator)

      Flash platform (understanding of how the player/VM works at a high level)

      Understanding of Agile methodology (SCRUM, Iterative, etc)

       

      Other minor pluses:

      Experience or interest in Mobile development

      Technical Architecture

      Design Patterns (Command, Decorator, Strategy, etc)

      Previous Flash experience
