I'm an entry level Flex user and just landed a project that, although I could build in Flash, I feel that it would be great to build in Flex instead (and get my feet wet). But I'm really not sure of the overlap needed between the interactivity and animation that truly qualifies the project to be Flex rather then Flash. As a result, I'm wondering if there is an individual with Flex skills that would be willing to give me a few minutes of their time to chat about the project and point me in the correct direction.
