Audio Quality degradation

I am streaming a live radio station using FME and live encoder. Everthing works and sounds great for around 48 - 72 hours. After roughly this period of time, the audio quality of the stream takes a nosedive.
I think it has something to do with the live encoder because a simple stop - then start - fixes the problem for another couple of days. Any ideas? Suggestions?

This is kind of a known thing.
Once it has been running for a LONG period of time it can get issues, Its something with the local clock and the server clock getting out of synch.
Best reccomendation for now is chalk it up to a server bug and I would setup a timed process to stop/start it every 24hrs max.
