    • I have some concern that people won't be able to come during workday hours?!? I was recently laid off, otherwise I wouldn't be able to be available.

      • That is a concern, but we get the opposite argument as well(people have too many committments at night).  I hope you can make it.  We are hoping for a good turn out.

        Matt

      • Definitely an issue for me. Having just started a new job after being laid off.

        Michael

        • I view this as a conference and it is free(most conferences happen during the day), so perhaps your employer would let you attend(sometimes free learning is encoraged)?  If not, I can understand your situation. Hope you can make it.

        • Michael, what kind of work are you doing? Perhaps we can help come up with thoughts to justify it to your bosses.

    • If you work with Flex or have any interest in working with Flex at your job (or Coldfusion), it would be hard, imo, to not be able to convince your employer not to let you spend at least a few hours at this event. It's not very often that you have experts in the field come to your backyard to show you these tools...

    • Hi to everyone,

Too bad. I just joined this group and missed the adobe catalyst show down. Have been an adobe fun for years. Ooo well, I'm here to stay and engage with others. Happy to see a lot of Adobe funs in Madison.
