Project driven doing new development for a high profile website;

Updating previous work/trouble shooting with QA

Last project was a feature using all Flash / ActionScript 3 / XML / XSL

Must have designer and technical ability!! – Actually know javascript and the front-end (not just design) – NO borrowing libraries or stealing PHP from other websites

This is the front end web group – development and design (NO OO needed)

This is a highly creative Web Designer/Developer with a minimum of 5 years experience in the end-to-end design and development of enterprise web sites. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of interface design patterns and usability best practices as well as the ability to cope with multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced office environment.

The individual we seek will be required to:
- Conceptualize and design efficient, well organized cross-browser web pages and rich internet applications.
- Improve site usability through the creation of site patterns, wireframes, interaction models
- Innovate new solutions, and present multiple design ideas
- Have a highly creative approach to Web Design and familiarity with trends in design and technology
- Have good communication skills and able to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
Knowledgeable In:
- Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver.
- Flash, ActionScript 2, 3, Flex a plus.
- JavaScript, experience with libraries such as JQuery and ExtJS a plus.
- Advanced HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML, and XSL.
