      Title:
      Columbus Digital Visualization Contest UPDATE
      Content:

Due to some technical glitches at our last presentation night, we need to move our Columbus Digital Visualization Contest from our November presentation night of Tuesday, November 24th, to a special presentation night of Tuesday, December 8th.  The good news is that you have more time to prepare a submission.

We have also altered the official rules to accomodate this date change.

We have also changed how to submit an entry.  We now have an online form that you need to complete to enter the contest.

You do not have to resbumit an entry if you have already emailed your entry information to Mike.

Please take a look at the new deadlines and let me know if you have any questions.

    • In talking to people at Mike's party, it seems that there was some confusion about registering for the data visualization contest.  I want to clarify that you can (and should) register to be in the contest as soon as you can.  We have an online form that you will need to fill out to register, (see the main post for info).  Please register as soon as you can.  The registration, in part, will help us determine what we will need to provide at the meeting, and we are currently working on obtaining a space now.  It would be extremely helpful to us to have information in advance, so we can plan for this event.

      Thanks!
