      Job Description:
      Lincoln Bay is looking for a Flash/ActionScript developer to join an award-winning team at MSN's Branded Entertainment Experience Team as a V- contractor. This position is located in Seattle.

      You will be creating solutions for top advertisers around the world.
      Successful candidates will enjoy the quick pace of web development (over traditional product cycles), will enjoy working with a variety of different web & services technologies, and will have an appreciation for the business aspect of the space. Candidate will be working closely with MSN teams in Europe & Asia to share and reuse software solutions.

      As an Interactive Engineer, you will be responsible for :

      * Working with designers and engineers to create highly interactive user experiences and data driven applications
      * Implementation of application development methodologies (OOP & design patterns, control development, etc.)
      * Working with broader engineering team to develop requirements





      Required Experience:

      Elements of your background we like to see:

      * Advanced knowledge of Flash and ActionScript 3.0
      * 2+ years of objected oriented development experience (preferably with C# or Java)
      * Experience developing and testing across multiple browsers, platforms, etc.
      * Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate and scope development work
      * Strong attention to detail
      * Passion for new technologies
      * Building quick prototypes for new ideas & concepts

      Desired Experience:

      Nice to have:

      * Familiarity with Flex
      * Working knowledge of Silverlight or WPF
      * Experience with agile methods like TDD, Scrum and XP
      * User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and graphic design experience

      Personality pluses:

      * Self starter -- you see a need and you gotta fix it!
      * Creative problem solver -- capable of innovative solutions for problems
      * Team player -- able to work closely with designers and other developers
      * Conqueror of technology -- Flash can't do what? prove 'em all wrong
