Michael Dunmire:
I’ve worked as an IT Professional in Central PA since 1994, and currently work in Harrisburg for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I’m a member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP) and the Central Penn Adobe User Group (CPAUG). I’m also the Admin of the New Cumberland, PA Flickr Group, and am currently enrolled in the Complete Course in Professional Photography at the New York Institute of Photography. I recently hosted the 2nd Annual Scott Kelby’s Worldwide Photo Walk in New Cumberland. I’ve lived in Central PA my entire life and currently reside in New Cumberland with my wife and daughter.
I use Adobe products daily in all facets of work, including; Lightroom 2 , Photoshop CS4, Dreamweaver CS4, and Captivate 4. As a photographer, I prefer to do most of my work within Lightroom, and rarely find a need to work in Photoshop, unless I have a specific need that Lightroom can’t fulfill. I shoot with Canon gear, partially out of brand loyalty, but mostly because lenses are expensive and aren’t interchangeable with other brands. My photography interests range from landscapes to portraiture and still-life to abstract. My work can be found on the following sites:
