      • 7:30 to 8:00 -- pizza, networking, and general Q & A.  Bring your Flex questions and get them answered.  Have a cool project you're working on?  Tell us about it!
      • 8:00 to 9:50 -- Flex 4 Skinning, States, Effects, and Transitions
      The main presentation will begin at 8:00.  

      Skinning, States, Effects, and Transitions in Flex 4 are different and much improved over Flex 3.  I'll walk you through what's different and show you lots of examples.
