This is a good site for a code newbie such as myself. If you aren't familiar with code or CSS, it may help to go through the tutorials here.

This is becoming a fairly large resource. I tend to think of it as a Ezine. It's a site dedicated to tutorials. They have several sections: Vector, PSD, Flash, Net, Audio and Aftereffects. Anyone can create and submit a tutorial for the masses. They even offer 150$ if they post what you submit. I'm finding it a good site to learn some new tricks.
