The Interactive Developer will develop, deploy, and support content-driven, media-rich Web sites, Web applications, and multimedia applications.  Ideal candidates will have both an analytical and creative skill-set with experience developing user interfaces, Web applications, and relational databases.  A passion for the user interface and the user experience is essential!

• 3-5+ years experience Web user interface development and implementation with following Web production technologies: XHTML, CSS, JavaScript (including cross-browser DOM), AJAX, XML.
• Strong experience with RIA (rich internet applications) development using Flash (with ActionScript 3), Flex, or Silverlight.
• 2-3+ years experience Web application development using ASP.NET (C#) and/or PHP.
• 1-2+ years experience with relational database development with SQL Server or MySQL.
• Strong experience integrating designer assets (e.g. Photoshop files, video assets) into projects as per specification.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Dreamweaver, PhotoShop, and Fireworks.
• BA / BS Degree in Media Arts, Computer Science or related area.
• Ability to think conceptually
• Excellent communication skills

• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and practices.
• Experience with software design patterns & application architecture patterns.
• Experience with CMS systems.
• Experience with SCORM compliant LMS systems.
