      Job Description:

      User Interface Designer/ Usability Specialist

      Location: Columbus, Ohio

      Experience Level: 5+ years of professional experience

       

      Right now, we are looking for User Interface Designers / Usability Specialists.  Candidates should have experience with the following:

      • Ability to communicate usability and visual design principles to all levels of an organization, including relations with client services
      • Experience with Adobe tools such as: Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Flex, Dreamweaver, and Fireworks
      • Ability to perform requirements analysis, usability tests, and conceptual high level visualizations such as: wireframes, storyboards, HTML prototypes and mockups
      • Experience with W3C standards, web design and understanding of web browser capabilities
      • Expert knowledge of user interface design and proven user interaction design expertise
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong aptitude for converting textual specifications to a visual requirement
      • Undergraduate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design or equivalent field of study with some Human Factors experience
