The individual will have responsibility to: - Provide architecture blue print/ roadmap, design and documentation - Mentor and guide the development team during the development phase - Ensure that all delivered software meets Technical requirements, standards and quality - Work closely with the development/architecture team and project manager

8+ years IT experience - 2+ years experience working as a solution Architect in Adobe Flex environment - Expert level Adobe Flash framework, Flex Builder design skills - Experience with J2EE development using MVC / spring frameworks - Experience of Action Script 2.0 or Action Script 3.0 - Experience designing with Flash ,UI Programming Experience AJAX, XSLT, DHTML, Javascript - Experience of interface Flex (blazeDS etc) with other Server side applications - Experience implementing Web Services - Experience with various XML technologies (DOM, SAX, XPATH, etc.), in Modelling tools (UML) - Experience with UNIX commands, shell scripting, etc. - Experience programming in a distributed environment - Excellent written & verbal communication skills - Detail-oriented and focused Desirable - Knowledge of standard software development methodologies (XP, Agile, RUP, etc.) - Experience with Java Swing, Oracle experience Weblogic experience, working with MQ or TIBCO messaging products in a Java environment, other Adobe suite of products Photoshop, Adobe premier etc
