Hey! Kudos to everyone for presenting at our meeting last night, but I'd like to make the suggestion that we limit the presentations/demos/etc. to one per meeting. I think that everyone that presented had very helpful, useful information for all of us, but 2.5 hours is a little long to sit in one place. I think one hour to 90 minutes would be the best length for our future meetings and would give our presenters time to really get into what they're talking about and give the opportunity for feedback and questions.
Just a suggestion!

Thank you for your input. I agree. The group is still in it's infancy and this is the valuable type of information the we need to make this group the best it can be. I encourage anyone else with input to please voice it so that we may make the proper adjstments.
Thanks
Scott
I agree with Caitlin that it was a little too long, but I think if we would have had the proper software set up, the presentations would have gone a lot smoother, and it wouldn't have taken as long. Maybe before we limit the number of presentations, get the technical kinks ironed out, and then reevaluate. One option would be to have a floating topic/presentation. If things are going long, it could wait until the next meeting.
I agree with these comments as well, and in the next week or so, Scott and I will be meeting to continue to iron-out those problems and try to make the expreience more enjoyable and educational as possible:)
Keep those comments coming all!
