      Title:
      Living in a virtual world
      Content:

One of the single greatest features of Lightroom I believe is Virtual Copies. The ability to make as many copies as you'd like without overloading your hard drive is incredible genius. You never have to decide on one way of processing your file.

If youve ever wondered if you can see all your virtual copies with a single click, wonder no more. Sure you could use the filter panel but that has its drawbacks.

      1. Its local so it only applies to whatever collection of images you happen to be viewing.
      2. How many times have you left it on and got frustrated cos you knew you had an image of Aunt Polly with her teeth out but you never made a virtual copy so you dont see it.

SO how do you find 'em all? By using the second greatest invention of all, Smart Collections. Now before you go saying "duh, thats obvious" take a moment to see that there is no option for File type : is : Virtual Copy. Thats because a virtual copy isnt a file type. Instead you'll select Copy Name : Insn't Empty.

Now go wrangle all your indecision's.
