Sunil Ratada was one of the members from the community who was nominted for the Free Certification voucher from Adobe which was distributed in the last UG meeting. He passed the ACE exam for Adobe Flex 3 with AIR with a really good score of 84% today. As a community it is really a great moment for all of us to cheer and also a whole lot of members can gain inspiration from his experience.

I do agree to the fact that being certified is not all about practical knowledge that you have but it has also got to do with theortical knowledge as well. Let's put it this way the more your pratical knowledge is, the easier you get prepared for the certification exams.

Certification surely gives that extra boost to your career as well as you will be recognised more as an individual in the community.Knowing Sunil for sometime now, he has spent quite sometime in reading books, docs etc in preparation for the exam apart from the real time experiece he has and the results are out there for you to see.
