    AGENDA: RMC’s principal Samuel Asher Rivello will bring 2 exclusive nights of training to Honolulu from Venice, California.

    Rivello Multimedia Consulting (RMC) focuses on four services for Adobe Flash CS4 and Flex 3; software architecture, consulting, development, and training.

    For the first night of the event, there will a very excited talk on "MMO & Augmented Reality"

    Meeting Minutes:

    I would like to thank Sam Rivello for coming here to Speak to our group!

    The Meeting was great, and was actually our first meeting with a feature speaker. I usually did the talks myself, and so it was great to have a speaker like Sam to come here.

    Also, I was so happy to see so much interest in the meeting topic as well. There was 16 people who showed up for the event, and this is very impressive as only 4 people were already members, so 12 other showed up for this talk. I am hoping that some of these 12 people, and maybe their friends as well will be joining our group, and that we will see them in future meetings as well:)

    7:00 PM - 8:00 PM:

    The meeting started on schedule at 7:00 PM and after the introductions the meeting got under way with Sam demonstrating augmented reality with Flash CS 4. The outcome had everybody in the room saying WOW! Afterwards Sam did a great job explaining the concept and the then a complete code review.

     8:00 PM - 8:15 PM:

    Intermission. This was the part of the meeting where people got to enjoy all the great food that was provided by CTAHR at the University of Hawaii, and where people got a chance to get to know each other as well!

    8:00 PM - 10:15 PM:

    The second part of the meeting Sam demonstrated how to create a Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO) Game in Flex 3. First Sam did a great job explaining the technology and then did a complete walk through of the code.

    10:15 PM:

    We were hoping that people at the meeting would want to come back the next night for a talk on PureMVC for Flash & Flex, but the interest was not there and the meeting ended.
