I currently have 3 web positions open that I wanted to roll out to the groups

I have two positions that I need for the most part same things, one is a 3 month contract position and the other is for a contract to hire.

Core Skills that I need an individual to have a great deal of experience with:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, photoshop

Secondary Skills I need someone to have some exposure to:

PHP & CMS (Drupal would be awesome)

I also have a 3rd position where I'm looking for a consultant to assist on a Flex/Flash project for a company here in KC

Description:

Experience in developing custom Flex interface solutions implementing on-screen object manipulation such as object dragging and placement, rotation and transformation, and single- and multi-selection as seen in page layout type interfaces.

4+ years relevant experience and at least 1½ - 2 years in the "Must Have" categories.

Based on requirements, develop specifications and subsequently the business logic and integration solutions using appropriate tools. Troubleshoot and maintain business logic and integration solutions.  Work with the architects to determine integration solutions and work closely with the UI developers & Graphic Designers to ensure functionality, usability and performance.

 * Must Have - Flex 3, ActionScript 3, MXML, HTML

 * Prefer To Have - Flash, Strong math background, on-screen object manipulation experience

 * Nice To Have - Java, XML, MS-SQL
