Does anyone have any information on a best practices or gotchas when setting up Flash Media Server 3.5 and streaming High Definition Video to the client?

I have encoded a video using Adobe Media Encoder CS4 with the default settings set to Flv/F4v - "F4v 720p Source, Half Size" and no matter what type of connection I have the video is extremely choppy and constantly buffers.
