Title:  Developing Next-Gen Automated Testing Solutions

Description:

In this session, we'll review how Planitax has developed a system to build and comprehensively test our enterprise SaaS application on a continuous basis, using primarily open-source applications/projects.  The automated tests are developed using dbUnit, selenium/seleniumRC, Ant and Java and perform two primary kinds of testing: auto-generated CRUD tests and test suites manually created by QA staff and developers.

The "secret sauce" is in the way that we use tools and processes to work with data - resetting to initial known states and verifying end state via comparison.
