      Please make some suggestions of topics you would like to discuss at our monthly meeting. (Web, Print, Video, Photography, and etc.) Also, if you would be interested in doing a presentation at a meeting let us know. Thanks, Stacey (Meetings are the third Thursday of every month)

    • I have two things I could show at some point if there is interest: - An overview of what "The Flash Platform" means. - Show some new features in Flash CS4.

    • Both jQuery and Spry have very powerful form validation now for client side.  That, combined with server side validation gives you a lead pipe lock.  Might give a conceptual presentation on why this is important and what you should do.  Not just a demo, but a conceptual look.

    • With jQuery, even designers can do some cool interactive things.  However, and understanding of data sets (JSON for example) and arrays will make things go a lot faster.  Perhaps a presentation on ways interactive data can be used without ColdFusion, PHP, Java, etc . . .

    • I would love to see information on how to use the Papervision3D / Away3D frameworks, and how to import the files into the Flash / Flex applications in various fashions.

      • Jerold, would you be interested in doing some research into this space and presenting the results to the group? If not I could at some point, but not before June.

    • Anyone interested in presenting at this months meeting, May 19th?
