You will learn how to set up and customize a wordpress blog from scratch to fit a custom website design flawlessly without using premade templates. You will get also acquainted with the basic structure and function of the wordpress platform so you can theme your blogs and fit them to you and your client's needs.

      Ever wanted to take Flex beyond the realm of the web, or even the desktop, and start playing with hardware? Well now you can with Phidgets! Servo motor control? LCD Screens? LED Lighting? RFID? Yup. Learn how to incorporate these delicious little devices into your application just like any other custom component. And learn conventions behind good kiosk development to boot! This session will explore Air 1.5, socket connections, web services, Phidgets (Servo, LCD, LED, and RFID), custom component development and kiosk development.

      • Slideshows for download?

        I thoroughly enjoyed last Tuesday's meeting regarding wordpress and phidget's; I was wondering if the slideshows presented were available for download somewhere. 

        Unfortunately my written notes for the wordpress demonstration only took me so far. The slideshow and some sample code would be really helpful.
