I've been trying to find a forum of AE users in Singapore, or portfolio hosting like Coroflot, etc.. but so far seems like I can't find a right place. The reason for this search is to hunt a talent as my new team member.

I'm offering a full time permanent job (in Singapore), for someone who is good in After Effects. The will require the person to deliver creative motion graphics. Main tools are After Effects, Photoshop and Premiere, and will be better if the person has basic experience with 3DS Max or Flash as well.
The motion artist will work with creative director and other designers (3D, Flash, etc), using footage from location (filming) as well as stock footages and images, the person will create videos like these:
