      Hi,

      I would like to know if there are any Fireworks Gurus in the South Florida area?  I am in Fort Lauderdale and wouldn't mind networking with other Fireworks Fans.

    • Hiya Karen--

      There used to be a Macromedia User Group that met at the main Nova campus in Davie, but I haven't heard much from them for a while. I don't see them listed so it's possible that they've gone dark.

      I checked around in MeetUp recently for a group of web designers and didn't find too much there either. Maybe it's time to get something started. I'd LOVE to participate.

      • Hi Kim,

        thanks for your response.  I know the Group you are referring to, I attended meetings there a few years ago until the founder moved out of State.  I believe it was a Flash User Group and they merged with a local Cold Fusion Group.

        I think it would be a great idea to start a group of our own.  I will contact some of my friends to see what the interest is like.  Can you do the same?  I will respond here as soon as possible.
