
Was just wondering how other creative professionals build in / justify a P.I.T.A. (Pain in the @SS) charge for difficult clients. Do you up the quote by a percentage? Just take the good with the bad? Or do you shoot a high quote, come in under budget and look like a hero? Thought I might try to get a collection of approaches for our fellow creatives.
