      Content Mangement System
      Content:

Anyone have a sugestion for a content management system.  I have a client that needs some sort of CMS but does not need to post articles or any of that.  They just want to be able to update their pages on a fairly regular basis.  I have used joomla and a bit of Drupal which are both nice for what they do but I am looking for somthing simple that is flexable enough that I more freedom with my design.

    • I've looked into joomla and Drupal but haven't used them. Another one that claims to be for designers is LightCMS from speaklight.com looked interesting.  Good luck.

    • Sorry for the delay on the reply... you have probably already decided on a solution.

I have used Mura before, and it is pretty straightforward, and has a lot of features. But you can remove several features if you want to make it simple for your client. It does have a bit of a learning curve, but I'm sure no more than joomla or Drupal. The one downfall is that hosting is likely going to cost a little more since it is cold fusion.

    • I second Hadley's Mura recommendation. I've put together 4 client sites so far using Mura and I love it. My client's have all been impressed at how easy it is for them to use. Plus it's written in ColdFusion which is a plus since this an Adobe group right? :-)
