    Tech Support Hold times

    I'm currently on hold with Tech Support. The current time on hold? 4 hours 21 minutes. Last Monday (Aug. 17th) I called about the same issue I'm having again this Monday and that hold time? 5 hours 10 minutes. 

    What could possibly take this long to answer a tech support call? This problem is not a user-error issue - this is a software problem. They confirmed that last week. I have a case number and all.

    How DO you get in touch with an actual human?! And I paid how much for this Creative Suite?

      During one of my many times oh hold this past month, I was waiting for for almost an hour. I hung up and called back, and got through within 5-10 minutes. I wonder if they just dismiss certain callers if they don't feel like dealing with an issue.

        I did find your post before I ranted here. This is absolutely unbelievable. I've used Photoshop and Illustrator since introduction. I want to cry when I think of all the money I've spent with this company and this is the way I am being dealt with over an issue thats just simply not my fault.

      Update on August 24th Tech Support Call. After 4 hours 45 minutes, I hung up and called back. After 20 minutes a customer service rep comes on the line. I re-tell my situation *again*, repeat my case number 5 times and tell her how long I was on hold with no answer. She says I have to speak with Tech Support. She'll transfer me. I ask about wait times. Says she doesn't understand the question. Doesn't know what a "Wait Time" is. I explain. Next thing I know I'm on hold. Current hold time this round 1 hour 15 minutes and counting. pathetic.
