Our client, a global non-profit organization, in conjunction with a major software company is looking for a Flex Development Architect for an immediate opening in San Francisco with offices adjacent to the CalTrain line. In this newly created position, your Flex skills will be instrumental in a effort to rebuild and re-brand this globally viewed website.
Take your working knowledge of Flex and your experience as a Technical Lead and Architect to help establish your skills with this high profile project with worldwide impact. This project requires on an on site presence and gives you an opportunity to interface with a talented, dedicated team of web and application developers, as well as additional stake holders.

Requirements:
- Has led a development team of at least 5 resources, as a technical lead or architect
- Has experience in Agile development experience, SCRUM, Story Writing.
- Has had experience in a project that involved deconstructing and reengineering an existing application to improve performance and stability.
- Unit testing with Flex Unit or JUnit a plus.
- Middle/Tier backend development experience preferred, developing LiveCycle DS to Web Services a major plus. Experience with LC DS data management and remoting required.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Build management tool experience a plus. Hudson or Cruise Control.
- Having development AS3 based APIs a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of OOA/OOD in an AS3 environment required. Design Pattern experience desired.
- Cairngorm or other MVC framework experience a plus.
- AIR development experience a plus.
