Would be better if you could RSVP for an event without having to sign into groups.adobe.com... I don't think that that is obvious. I had to instruct several people that they needed to join groups before they could RSVP.
I want to suggest something more, if is possible to create one voting system, for example. One manager ask the users if they like Photoshop or not, so some users will vote "Yes" and some other will vote "No" and in the end of the voting will appear one graph.

When I clicked on RSVP a RSVP window opened, but would not let me click on any buttons
