Our client is actively engaged in the search for a Flash Developer to join their best-of-breed development team. Prospective candidates must have expert-level knowledge of Flash / AS3. If you have Flex, FMS, server-side scripting, or this like.. this will be considered an asset.

This position is full-time at their Norfolk office, and a competitive salary will be commensurate with experience. 

Ideally, your experience and skills offer a bridge between development and design. In fact, the ideal incumbent will have begun their career in design and transitioned to development. Don't sweat it if this is not you. This is ideal.. but, not mandatory.

Our client has no preference for depth of experience. That said, someone straight out of school will unfortunately not cut it. You should have at least three to four years of experience.
