Nathan Dickamore is a Senior Software Engineer with the LDS Church and manages Bytestream LLC, a company that focuses on Rich Internet Applications for small businesses. Nathan has a Batchelors Degree in Computer Science with an emphasis in Software engineering. His professional career has included mechanical engineering experience (patent acquired), network device testing and development, initial architecture of internet filtering software (currently Blue Coats Web Filter Service), and web based applications for the Military and other large organizations.
Mark Piller is the founder and Chief Architect of Midnight Coders, an innovative and forward-thinking company specializing in products for RIA development, testing, integration and analytics. Mark has over 15 years of software development experience. For the past six years he has been specializing in building software infrastructure products designed to integrate Flex, Flash, and AJAX applications with a variety of backend systems, including .NET, Java, PHP, and Ruby on Rails. Mark is very passionate about ease-of-use of software and prides himself in creating technologies that clearly demonstrate that quality.

Ryan Stewart is a Platform Evangelist for Adobe. He focuses on rich Internet application tools and technologies like Flash, Adobe AIR, Flex, Flash Catalyst, and ColdFusion. He has spoken at a number of industry conferences such as Web 2.0 Expo, Web Design World, Adobe MAX, 360|Flex, and Educause. Prior to joining Adobe he was an industry analyst regarding RIAs and maintained a blog on ZDNet where he covered all aspects of the rich Internet application landscape. Between coding and speaking he lives in Seattle, WA and enjoys hiking, mountaineering, and making beer.

Nathan is the owner of Bytestream LLC. which focuses on writing custom web applications in Flex and Java. He also has given several training sessions to local companies in the Salt Lake valley on how to develop with Flex and Java.

Nathan has a Batchelors Degree in Computer Science with an emphasis in Software engineering. His professional career has included mechanical engineering experience (patent acquired), network device testing and development, initial architecture of internet filtering software (currently Blue Coats Web Filter Service), and web based applications for the Military and other large organizations.
The majority of his experience has been with developing Java based web applications using JSP, Struts and JSF on the front end. Once he discovered the capabilities of Flex and how well it integrated with Java using Live Cycle Data Services or BlazeDS, his focus changed. Now he enjoyes creating Flex applications and promoting it among many different companies.
