The Motion Graphics Designer position requires a competent and creative designer who will help the Video Producers and Editors on Video Team create and execute a look for individual video productions, edits, web page designs, creative design concepts and animated graphic assets. The person in this position must be an imaginative and capable designer with strong communication skills. Work within the gobal Communications and Marketing Dept. of a major corporation with awesome job satisfaction, growth opportunity, for a Fortune 500 Company with great benefits. Must be willing to relocate to Austin Texas.

The ideal candidate should be able to perform the following duties:


1. Create superior, original motion graphic designs and animation
2. Generate multiple concept boards for pre-viz approval
3. Manage time effectively in order to meet project milestones
4. Provide final delivery elements on time in various formats
5. Work independently with internal clients and manage complex projects
6. Maintain organization and communication in a team setting


The ideal candidate should have:

1. Minimum of 4 years experience as a graphic designer in some or all of the following areas: Broadcast finishing, Interactive, agency creative, motion graphic design and graphic design
2. Strong design style, including creative design solutions in line with existing brand concepts
3. An up-to-date reel
4. Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory and typography in digital media
5. Experience in Web design and online marketing a bonus, but not required
6. Fluency in current motion graphic design products and practices, such as Adobe Creative Suite, compositors, digital editing and 3D.
7. Ability to manage time and communication efforts to maximize efficiency
8. Aptitude to learn quickly and effectively
9. Capacity to multi-task
10. Capacity to remain focused in a team-oriented environment, work independently and proactively as needed to identify problems and find solutions
11. Ability to manage and archive project files and backups
12. Commitment to the confidentiality of certain materials

• Location: Austin, Tx
• Compensation: negotiable, commensurate with experience
