How can i integrate database such as ms access, oracle, mysql etc.... in my flex 3 project?

How can we pass and retrieve data to/from the database respectively?

Please help me out with some example code in coldfusion.....

Am auzit deja pe net afirmații gen FlashDevelop, FDT, Flash Builder sunt mai bune :D
Ce pot sa zic, asemenea comparații, cel puțin pt. moment sunt flatante. Realitatea este ca performanța Flash Player/Tamarin VM impune niște limite. Așa ca MiniBuilder țintește proiecte de talie mică-medie cu clase de max 1000-2000 linii de cod.

ScriptArea, editorul de text, scris "from scratch", optimizat pentru a putea gestiona cateva mii de linii de cod (cu formatare) fară a deveni prea lent, a adus ceva "boost" dar poate nu suficient.

Hello,

I want to implement MVC in a Flex Application. My question is regardless the framework i'm going to adopt(Cairgorm, PureMVC, etc.).

I have a Tree in my application with some node that represent articles. When the user inserts a new article, the Tree is refreshed in order to get latest data.

The user asked to maintin the open items in the Tree after the refresh. So, to do that, i need to save the open items before to refresh the data and restore it after the latest data come.

My Question is:

What is it the better place to store the temporary data?(Model or View)

In the MVC definition, the View should render itself with data coming from the Model, but the open items aren't data related to the Model, they are specific of the View.

Maybe my question is very simple, but please, answer me.

Noi ne-am gandit sa vorbim despre Flex4 SDK, Flash Builder 4 si Flash Catalist, insa asteptam si sugestiile voastre pentru acest eveniment.

In esenta, daca tot facem acest eveniment, pe langa informatiile noi care o sa fie prezentate poate aveti sugestii si/sau doleante.

Cred ca fiecare a intampinat cate cel putin o problema la vechile versiuni, poate gasim timp sa rezolvam cateva dinte ele in aceasta sesiune, asa ca nu ezitati!
