Hi everyone! We have developed a component for data visualization by using SVG graphics. The component is Open Source and is available to everyone.

The name of the component is Mindset Geometrics and can be found following this link:

Will the Forum Nokia CAI contest be as successful as the 2008 contest? Well, the 2008 contest was a monster success – thousands of contestants, hundreds of innovative applications, winners whose applications have capabilities to positively affect millions of mobile users.

And the 2009 Calling All Innovators contest has wider scope and bigger prizes and developers from different parts of the world participating in the contest. Last date for submissions for the contest is 30 June 2009, and the winners will be announced in September 2009.

If you have the knowledge of Flash technology, the Forum Nokia Calling All Innovators contest has a category dedicated to flash developers. For taking part in the contest you need to develop an innovative Flash application for S60 or Series 40 Nokia devices, using either a Symbian Signed .SIS format (for S60 devices) or .NFL format (for Series 40 devices).

To help interested developers there is a $10 million Open Screen Project Fund from Nokia for granting funds to developers who are creating applications and services for mobile, desktop and consumer electronics devices using the Adobe Flash® Platform on themes such as entertainment; social networking; productivity; gaming; news and information.

Total cash and prizes are worth more than $250,000 (USD), and include immediate business opportunities with Nokia.

Funny message. Maybe Adobe need to put in some more efforts dealing with spam now.

Tired of spams, why those spammers are so free nowadays, finding any single tiny hole to spam us...

Hi members, in the month of December, FUG will be having a joint Christmas Celebration with the Flashmove Singapore Usergroup, celebrating our 1st and 7th Anniversary together respectively!

Venue: Adobe Singapore
Address: Suntec Tower 3 Level 6
Time : 29th December, 2pm to 6pm
Agenda: Finger Food, Birthday Cakes, Discussion on the Flash Platform.

I am thinking of the following agenda but it depends on what you members will love to have:
a. Panel Discussion on a Flash / Flex related topic
b. Product Showcase for the year of 2008
c. Small Breakout Group to for networking
