The Senior Analyst, Web Analytics is a key role in the delivery Company’s suite of sophisticated web marketing services and solutions. This person is responsible for driving client marketing strategies via analysis of KPIs and metrics, including understanding of how visitors browse and perform desired actions on our clients’ websites.

In this role you will use web analytics data to drive web marketing strategy for key client accounts across a variety of industries. This is a client-facing role, responsible for producing and presenting monthly and quarterly reports to clients. You will work collaboratively across practice areas to support company’s service areas with performance metrics.

• Must have hands-on, expert-level experience with one or more major web analytics products (Omniture SiteCatalyst experience strongly preferred, CoreMetrics, WebTrends also considered), as well as Google Analytics.
• 5+ years of progressive experience as an analyst in an agency or in-house web marketing setting.
• Strong understanding of web site performance drivers, and the ability to use data to drive fundamental web marketing decisions and strategies.
• Expert-level experience with Excel and other data presentation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - must be able to produce and present compelling dashboards, reports and PowerPoint decks to clients
• Experience auditing and implementing web analytics tools on web sites, with the ability to identify and recommend improvements and fixes.
• Experience using automated and manual reporting tools to create attractive presentations to executive level.
• Javascript and HTML experience is a huge plus
