Everyone knows Acrobat as the PDF program but most don’t know the capabilities of the latest version in CS4. We’ll explore some of the lesser known PDF functions, communicate better with outsiders and clients, and make your work more productive and efficient.

Joe Gerard from AAA will be doing an introduction to Adobe Flash. He has a series of designs showing basic Flash concepts that he will be sharing, so be sure not to miss it!

"Open Mic Night"

We're going to try something a little different for our December meeting. Instead of our usual formula of having a single speaker and a single topic, we'd like to open up the floor, so to speak, to everyone. If you have a little tip or trick you'd like to share with the group, come on up! Have something cool that you do in Photoshop? Or Illustrator? Know of a neat CSS positioning trick? We're looking to give as many people as possible the chance to share, so we'd like each presentation to be no more than 10 minutes or so. Hopefully, this will remove a lot of the pressure to prepare a multi-hour presentation as we normally do, so it'll be a great opportunity for other members to share their knowledge.

Oh, and we'll be giving away a copy of CS4, and doing our annual charity toy drive.

I cannot reveal the exact topic for the meeting as of yet, but I promise is it not something you're going to want to miss!

We will also be giving away a copy of CS4 Web Premium, Design Premium, or Production Premium. Please keep in mind that even if you have been attending meetings and thus earning tickets all year, you must be present to win to be sure to mark your calendars now!
