Here are two, I promise - very last touches on the MOG pictures. The groom and I were not completely happy with the way his mother's face looked so have done a bit more "touching" to the face. I'm still interested in imput on techniques to try especially for future adventures.

This is the header for a music video blog for a blogger with very eclectic tastes. There are subtle visual references in the image to two of the blogger's favorite bands, Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin.

This was an illustration for a parable that included hearts that floated around in the air.

I took this photo of my son's ear when he was a child. Then I think I needed an image for an blog post about whether or not people listen or something like that.

The post on the blog was about someone who was accused of a doctrine that "beheaded Christ." This was one of the most challenging Photoshop projects I've ever tried. It's also one of my favorite. Unfortunately, it does tend to deeply offend some people.

I was walking near the White River when a round stone in the path caught my eye. There wasn't anything special about it. I just liked the composition with the decaying leaves.
In Photoshop I took a Celtic pattern and embossed it on the stone. I liked the look, especially after I colored the leaves. Then I went back to an earlier copy of the psd and turned the black and white pattern into a brooch using styles and dinking around a bit.

I took this picture with an old Nikon Coolpix 200. Low resolution image, not terribly sharp. But I liked the composition when I cropped it. So I played around and ended up here.

I took this shot years ago with an old Nikon Coolpix 200 or something like that. Low res photo, but it still worked fairly well. The shot was a happy accident. I was out on a photo shoot in Ballard and came across this intersection. I vaguely remembered seeing it before. I took the shot and was delighted when I found the archival shot and was able to force them to align in Photoshop.

Greg was a friend who was EXTREMELY interested in UFOs. He posed for reference photos for another project . . . and then I got my hands on his photos!
