In this project, students gather images from multiple sources (including learning the basics of photography) then modify and optimize these images to form a collage. This project contains student materials. This project does not contain presentations.

Project overview

To produce quality images for print, web, and video, students need to understand essential graphic design principles and how digital images are created. Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended is an image-manipulation tool that can help students analyze, enhance, and edit images. In this project, students learn the basics of photography, image composition, and elements of visual design as they create a collage.

 Create a LOGO for our AUG-FAC and Win our Surprise Gift .

TECHNICAL DETAILS :

1-You Must be a Member to AUG-Fine arts cairo .

2-Design this LOGO with Adobe products  .

3- The LOGO will be used in print and online so considerations for this must be taken – ie: 300dpi for print, 72dpi for online and Size( W:200mm x H:150mm ).

4-Please submit one 72dpi low-res screen version of your design for judging. A hi-res version will be requested for all shortlisted entries so please retain all original files.(Note: our email server only accepts attachments under 5MB in size).

5-Do not include any text on the image.

7-The closing date for entries is 10 MAY 2009.
