We are looking for someone who can help me with a Flash project on a freelance basis. The project is for a new web site that we are designing/developing. The Flash work involves creating a spinning wheel selection application that mimics an existing printed piece. The printed piece is a classic "ask a question and then rotate the wheel to find the answer" device. 

What I would like is the be able to use the mouse and arrows to make the wheel move and show the results.

The Senior Developer is responsible for planning, developing and launching web sites.  The Senior Developer relies on their experience and knowledge gained through launching many web applications to help plan and develop new web initiatives.  The Senior Developer helps determine and enforce standards and processes employed by the project team.  He or She is also responsible for helping coordinate Developers’ day-to-day tasks.
